Wash Care Guidance

Clean Slate uses 100% Certified Organic Cotton for all of our garments, this means that the fabrics are free from Azo dyes, chemical finishes and Optical Brightening Agents (OBA’s), which can cause problems such as, skin irritation, and may have other potentially harmful effects to both people and the environment. In order to ensure that the garment remains free fom OBA’s, we recommend using an ecologically friendly wash powder or detergent.

Wash similar colours together.

Steam iron recommended.

For best results iron whilst damp.

Iron on the reverse side.

Key to Commonly Used Washcare Symbols           

	40° machine wash with medium agitation and reduced spin.
	Do not use chlorine bleach.
	Hot iron.
	Do not dry clean.
	Do not tumble dry.

All Clean Slate garments contain an individual washcare label, please refer to this in order to get the optimal performance from your garments.  Following the washcare label instructions will help to ensure that your garments stay looking their best, and last, for longer.
